Apply to school in Australia and get Certificate
Apply for Australian Student Visa You must be enrolled in an Australian university / college. After receiving the letter of offer from the school, accept the offer and pay the tuition fee, the school will send you a Confirmation of Enrollment (Certificate).
The COE or Letter of Offer is proof of enrollment from an institution owned by the Commonwealth Register of Educational Institutions (CRICOS) primarily in Australia. The COE is essentially a code that you enter at one of the steps in your online visa application. This document will be required to start your visa application.
If you are enrolled in multiple programs, you must first take a preparatory language course and then go to college, one CoE is required for each program.

You will have to take language tests to prove your proficiency in English at DIBP if you are not from an English speaking country. - If you are applying online, all documents must be uploaded digitally. So it will be better if you have access to the scanner during the application or you can scan everything in advance. All documents must be translated into English by a certified translator.

Apply for a Australian student visa online 2024
You must apply for a subclass five hundred (500) student visa. The application process can be done as early as 124 days prior to the start of your course (according to the date on your CoE).

Get your visa decision for Australian student visa online 2024
The time it takes to get a visa decision depends on where you are applying and how busy the Australian immigration authorities are.
In our experience, you usually receive your decision within one (1) or a couple of weeks after completing your application.
You can check the status of your application by logging into the Australian Immigration Portal (this is the account you created in step 2 above). And, if necessary, enter your Transaction Reference Number (TRN-number).

Travel to Australia
Once you have obtained your visa, you can enter Australia no later than 90 days before the course start date shown on your Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE).
If you have not booked your school accommodation, you must provide them with your address in Australia within seven (7) days of arriving in Australia.
Generally, you have the right to stay in Australia for thirty (30) days after completing your course, or sixty (60) days if your course is longer than 10 months.
